Shipper Choice Logistics ("the Company") appreciates the creativity and ideas of individuals and entities in the community. However, to ensure fairness and protect both parties, we have established this Unsolicited Submission Policy.  

Definition of Unsolicited Submissions
Unsolicited submissions refer to any creative ideas, suggestions, concepts, proposals, or materials (including but not limited to designs, artwork, business plans, software, or marketing strategies) that are voluntarily provided to Shipper Choice Logistics without prior request or invitation from the Company.  

No Obligation to Review or Consider Submissions
Shipper Choice Logistics does not accept or consider unsolicited submissions. We kindly request that you do not submit any unsolicited materials to us, whether through email, mail, or any other means.

Confidentiality and Ownership
Shipper Choice Logistics will not be held responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any unsolicited submissions received. Furthermore, the Company shall have no obligation to compensate or acknowledge the sender for any unsolicited submissions.

Risk of Unintended Use
If you choose to send unsolicited submissions to Shipper Choice Logistics despite our policy, you acknowledge and agree that such submissions become the property of the Company upon receipt. Shipper Choice Logistics may use, reproduce, disclose, or distribute these submissions without restriction or compensation to you.

Protection of Intellectual Property
Shipper Choice Logistics respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. We encourage individuals and entities to refrain from submitting any materials that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Exceptions
In rare cases where Shipper Choice Logistics specifically requests submissions for a particular purpose through an official call for proposals or similar means, the terms of this policy will not apply. In such cases, the Company will provide clear guidelines and terms for the submission process.
